Find Your Portal Link
- Search your email inbox for "Alma Client Portal" to locate your invitation email.
- Select the link in that email to open the Client Portal.
- Bookmark the link so you can access it easily in the future.
| Note: The Alma Client Portal is not available to all clients yet. If you have not received an invitation email, your account is not yet eligible. |
Linking Multiple Providers
Alma links each Client Portal account to one provider at a time. If you already have a portal account connected to one provider, you cannot link a second provider to that same account right now. Alma plans to expand this functionality in the future to better support clients who see more than one provider.
