Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Benefits Through Alma

What Are EAPs?

Employee Assistance Programs (EAPs) are wellness benefits separate from a person's primary health insurance plan. They offer confidential short-term mental health support for employees and their families. EAPs help with everything from anxiety and depression to everyday stressors like caregiving and work-life balance.
