How to Get Support
Providers
- Log in to the Alma Portal.
- Click the Explore tab in the upper, right corner.
- Select Support Center to open the Provider Support Hub.
- Select + New request from the main page.
- Follow the prompts to create a support request.
Everyone Else
- Go to the Alma Support Center.
- Select Help in the bottom-right corner of the page.
- Start a conversation and follow the prompts.
What to Expect When You Reach Out
Our guided support experience will ask you a few questions about why you're reaching out to us and what kind of help you're looking for. It will provide relevant information on the topic you're writing about and offer a pathway to answers by either offering more information in real-time or by connecting you with an Alma team member.
For you, this means:
- immediate answers to common questions
- connection to our team with contextual information about your request, so we can provide the right support
