When you schedule care through Alma, we verify your insurance benefits to help you understand the cost of your sessions. You can view your eligibility status and cost estimate directly in your Alma client portal at any time. These costs are what you will owe your provider after each session.

Where to Find Your Eligibility and Cost Estimate
You can access your most up-to-date information by logging into your Alma client portal.
- Log in to your Alma client portal
- From your homepage, select Profile

Go to Insurance to view your estimated cost per session

Why Might My Cost Estimate Change?
Your cost estimate is based on the information provided by your insurance plan at the time of the eligibility check. Estimates may change if:
- Your insurance plan updates your benefits
- Additional information is received from your health plan
- Your provider submits updated appointment or billing details
If your estimate changes, your client portal will always reflect the latest available information.
