View Your Invoice Receipt in the Client Portal

Overview

You can access all of your Alma invoice receipts directly in the Client Portal.

To view or download receipts:

  1. Log in to your Client Portal
  2. Navigate to the Payments or billing history section
  3. Click the download icon next to any invoice to save a PDF copy

When you click the download icon, you will receive the same PDF receipt that is sent to your email after a payment is completed. If you cannot locate a receipt in the Client Portal, you can also search your email inbox for messages from Alma that include your payment confirmation and receipt.

Refund receipts:
We do not currently generate downloadable PDF receipts for refunds. Refunds will still appear in your Payment history, but a downloadable receipt will not be available.

Insurance vs. out-of-pocket sessions:
The portal does not currently distinguish between insurance and out-of-pocket sessions within the receipts view.

Superbills:
Superbills are not available for download from this section of the Client Portal at this time.
