Scheduling and Rescheduling Appointments

To request an appointment with your provider,

  1. Login to the Client Portal and click Request appointment in the upper right corner. 
  2. Select your desired date and time, then select Request now

A message will auto-populate and send to your provider via Secure messaging so they can schedule the appointment.

To reschedule your appointment,

  1. Navigate to the Client Portal and click Request reschedule under your existing appointment details.
  2. Choose a new date and time, then select Request now.

  1. How can I request an appointment with my provider without logging into the Client Portal

    Currently, you have to create a Client Portal to send scheduling or rescheduling requests to your provider through secure messaging. If you don’t have Client Portal access, you will need to reach out to your provider through their preferred communication channel to schedule, reschedule, or cancel appointments. 

  2. What if I don't see any available appointment times?

    If no appointment times are available, you can send a secure message in the Client Portal to request a time that works for you, or reach out directly to your provider through their preferred channel of communication.  

  3. How far in advance can I request an appointment? 

    You can request appointments 48 hours in advance and up to 2 weeks out.
