Scheduling and Rescheduling Appointments

To book an appointment with your provider,

  1. Login to the Client Portal and click Book appointment. 
  2. Select your desired date and time, then select Book now
  3. Your appointment will be auto-confirmed, and you will receive a confirmation email.

To reschedule your appointment,

  1. Navigate to the Client Portal and click Make changes to my appointment. 
  2. Choose a new date and time, then select Book now. 
  3. Your appointment will be auto-confirmed, and you will receive a confirmation email.

If you need to cancel your appointment for any reason, you can select make changes to my appointment > cancel and a secure message will be auto-populated with a cancellation request to send to your provider. You can also contact your provider directly through their preferred communication channels.

How can I schedule an appointment with my provider without logging into the Client Portal? 

Currently, you have to create a Client Portal to schedule or reschedule appointments with your provider directly. If you don’t have client portal access, you will need to reach out to your provider through their preferred communication channel to schedule, reschedule, or cancel appointments. 

What if I don't see any available appointment times? 

If no appointment times are available, your provider may not have opened additional availability yet. Please contact your provider directly through their preferred communication channel for assistance.

How far in advance can I schedule an appointment? 

Available booking windows vary by provider. The Client Portal will display all appointment times available for scheduling.
