Client Import Incentive Program: Terms and Conditions

Effective August 11, 2026

These Terms and Conditions govern Alma's Client Import Incentive Program (the "Program"). By participating, you agree to these terms. These terms supplement, and do not replace, your existing agreements with Alma, including your provider agreement and Alma's platform policies. If there is a conflict, your provider agreement controls.

1. What the Program Offers

Eligible providers may receive a one-time $100 incentive payment for using Alma's client import tool and completing a short feedback survey about the experience.

The incentive is a fixed amount. It does not increase based on how many clients you import, and it is not tied to appointments, visits, claims, reimbursement, or revenue.

2. Promotional Period and Survey Deadline

The Program runs from August 11, 2026 through September 10, 2026 (the “Program Period”). Your qualifying client import must be completed during the Program Period.

Because the feedback survey is delivered after you finish your import, you have until seven (7) days after the close of the Program Period to complete the survey, even if your import occurred near the end of the Program Period.

Alma may modify, suspend, or end the Program at any time, including before the scheduled end date. If Alma ends the Program early, Alma will update this article and notify providers who received a Program communication. Providers who completed a qualifying import before the new end date remain eligible and retain the survey window described above.

3. Who Is Eligible

The Program is open to Alma providers who complete a qualifying client import and the required survey during the applicable windows.

To receive payment, you must also:

  • Hold an active Alma account in good standing during the Program Period and at the time payment is issued;

  • Have a valid Stripe payout account linked to your Alma account;

  • Have current tax information on file with Alma; and

  • Not be subject to a suspension, investigation, or termination process at the time of payout.

Both new and existing Alma providers may participate. The Program is void where prohibited by law.

4. Qualifying Actions

To qualify, you must complete both of the following:

  1. Complete a qualifying client import using Alma's client import tool during the Program Period.

  2. Complete the feedback survey that appears in Alma after you finish your import, by the deadline in Section 2.

Completing only one step does not qualify. The survey is a condition of receiving the incentive, not an optional follow-up. If you are unable to access or complete the survey, contact Alma Support before the deadline.

A "qualifying client import" means a completed, good-faith import of client records for individuals you have a genuine professional relationship with or a genuine intent to serve. Alma determines in its reasonable discretion whether an import qualifies. This determination is not based on the number of clients imported.

5. Your Representations

By participating, you represent and confirm that:

  • You have the right and any necessary permissions to submit the client information you provide to Alma;

  • The information you submit is accurate to the best of your knowledge;

  • You are using Alma's client import tool and other Alma-approved workflows to submit it; and

  • Your participation complies with applicable law, your professional obligations, and your agreements with Alma.

Do not submit client information through email, chat, text message, personal file storage, or any other channel Alma has not approved for this purpose.

6. One Incentive Per Provider

The incentive is limited to one $100 payment per provider. Additional imports, repeat surveys, or multiple accounts associated with the same provider do not generate additional payments.

If Alma determines that a provider used more than one account to claim multiple incentives, Alma may withhold all payments to that provider under the Program.

7. Program Capacity

The Program is limited to the first 475 providers who complete a qualifying client import during the Program Period and who satisfy all other requirements in these terms. Order is determined by the time Alma's systems record completion of the qualifying import. Once the limit is reached, Alma will update this article, and imports completed after that point will not qualify for the incentive.

8. How and When You Get Paid

Payments are deposited into the bank account linked to your Alma Stripe account.

After the Program Period and survey window close, Alma will review all providers who completed a qualifying import and the required survey, and will process payments to qualifying providers.

Payment timing depends on completion of Alma's review, the status of your Stripe payout account, your tax information, and Stripe processing times. Alma cannot guarantee a specific payment date and is not responsible for delays caused by incomplete or inaccurate payout or tax information, or by Stripe or your financial institution.

9. No Cash Alternative or Substitution

The incentive is paid only as described in Section 8. There is no cash alternative, account credit, fee waiver, or other substitute. The incentive is not transferable or assignable, and cannot be exchanged, combined with other promotions unless Alma says otherwise in writing, or redeemed for anything other than the payment described here.

10. Taxes

The incentive may be taxable income to you. Alma may report the payment to tax authorities where required by law. You are responsible for any taxes and reporting obligations arising from the payment. Alma does not provide tax advice; consult your own tax advisor.

Alma may withhold payment until valid tax information is on file.

11. No Employment or Agency Relationship

The incentive is not wages, salary, a bonus, commission, or employment compensation of any kind. Participation does not create an employment, agency, partnership, or joint venture relationship between you and Alma, and does not change your existing relationship with Alma under your provider agreement. You remain responsible for your own business operations, taxes, and professional obligations.

12. Genuine Use Required

The Program is intended to support adoption of the client import tool and to gather feedback from providers who use it in the ordinary course of their practice.

You do not qualify if your import consists of test entries, placeholder or fabricated records, duplicate client records, records for individuals you do not have a genuine professional relationship with or genuine intent to serve, or client information you are not authorized to submit.

Alma monitors import activity and may review whether imports reflect genuine use.

13. Verification, Withholding, and Recovery

Alma may:

  • Verify your eligibility and review your import and survey activity;

  • Request additional information before issuing payment;

  • Delay or withhold payment while a review is pending;

  • Deny payment if you do not meet these terms; and

  • Recover a payment already issued if Alma determines it was made in error or obtained through activity that violates these terms.

Grounds for denial or recovery include failing to complete both qualifying actions, submitting inaccurate or unauthorized information, submitting records that do not reflect genuine use under Section 12, using multiple accounts to claim additional payments, attempting to circumvent Program limits, or breaching your provider agreement or Alma's policies.

Alma's eligibility determinations are final.

14. Survey Responses and Data Use

Your survey responses help Alma improve the client import tool. By completing the survey, you agree that Alma may use your responses to evaluate, improve, and develop its products and services, and may share them internally and with service providers who support these activities.

Do not include client names or other client health information in your survey responses. Alma may use your feedback in aggregated or de-identified form. Alma's handling of your information is governed by Alma's privacy policy and your provider agreement.

15. Your Clinical Independence and Client Choice

Participation does not change your professional obligations. You remain solely responsible for your clinical judgment, treatment decisions, client communications, recordkeeping, and compliance with applicable law and professional standards.

Clients choose whether to receive services through Alma. Nothing in the Program requires you to direct any client to Alma or to any particular service, and the incentive is not payment for doing so.

16. Tool Availability

Alma does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the client import tool or the feedback survey. If a technical issue on Alma's side prevents you from completing a qualifying action, contact Alma Support. Alma may, at its discretion, extend a deadline or accept alternative verification of your participation.

17. Changes to These Terms

Alma may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be reflected in this support center article. Your continued participation after an update means you accept the revised terms.

18. Questions and Disputes

For questions about the client import tool or the Program, contact Alma Support.

If you believe you qualified but did not receive payment, contact Alma Support within 30 days after the end of the survey window in Section 2. Claims submitted after that period may not be reviewed. Any dispute arising from the Program is governed by the dispute resolution, governing law, and venue provisions of your provider agreement with Alma.

19. Complete Terms and Severability

These Terms and Conditions, together with your provider agreement and Alma's platform policies, are the complete terms of the Program. Statements in marketing emails, in-product messages, community posts, or support conversations do not modify these terms, and these terms control in the event of any inconsistency.

If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect.
