Alma partners with Point32Health to offer in-network behavioral health services. Point32Health formed when Harvard Pilgrim Health Care and Tufts Health Plan merged. These two plans are major insurers in Massachusetts and surrounding states.
Individual Alma providers can choose whether to credential with Point32Health. Some providers may decide not to participate.
Note: To use your Point32Health plan benefits with an Alma provider, you must be located in one of these states during your session:
- Massachusetts
- Maine
- New Hampshire
- Rhode Island
- Vermont.
If your provider is not credentialed with Point32Health, you will not be able to use in-network benefits for your sessions.
What are my options if my provider is not working with Point32Health?
If your provider does not participate in the Point32Health network through Alma, you cannot see that provider as in-network.
You have two options:
- Discuss an out-of-pocket rate with your provider, or
- Connect with Alma’s care team to find a new in-network provider by completing this form.
